About Ed Shineman

Ed began his career in creative and account management roles with DFS and other major NYC consumer package goods ad agencies. 

Moving to the corporate world, Ed joined Xerox Corporation, where he became a division marketing VP and ultimately founded and served as CEO for Personal Learning Systems, an early player in the field of technology-based training. 

Subsequently, Ed assumed U.S. sales and marketing responsibility for Digital Equipment Corporation’s $300-million customer education services business, where he led a 40-member integrated field and inside sales team. 

Most recently Ed served as founder and principal of FUSION, a consulting practice specializing in competitive positioning, web presence development, solutions pricing, sales potentials planning, and new venture assessment.

Ed is a graduate of Cornell University.
