About John Hoskins

John began his career with Xerox Learning Systems, a Xerox division in the business of sales and leadership education.

First appointed an account executive in the firm’s Toronto office, he was subsequently named regional sales manager, general sales manager and ultimately Director of U.S. Sales Operations.

Next, John joined Omega Performance, an international bank consulting firm, as EVP Sales and Marketing.

Then, together with two partners, John founded Advantage Performance Group, a human performance management venture that grew to a national network of more than 75 performance consultants, serving 300 clients prior to its acquisition by a Stockholm-based public multinational.

John’s practice specialties include sales management process optimization, sales forecasting and frontline management, sales channel integration, new product launch, sales talent development, and sales coaching.
